Sherry I really love your philosophy and I noticed we have some of the same ones. Those I think a lot of people will have because they are required of all teachers. They're great!
Like Kacie said, I see several of your philosophies are like mine as well, Sherry. Although they may be common now among us, I know these weren't looked at nearly as much even just a short while ago. The education field has really expanded it's horizons and is starting to reach its real potential. Its going in the right direction!
I really like that you included 'inclusive environment to promote excellence', thats a great one! It really is so important that we as teachers, make education available for EVERYONE.
Sherry I also found many similarities in our philosophies. I really liked the inclusive aspect we both had, but I loved the multiple intelligences that you had. I am a strong supporter in utilizing the different intelligences in a lesson to help get the message across to every student. I think it is really important and obviously you do to since it is in your post!

This really has come a long way and it is great that more and more teachers are open to the idea of inclusion and creating a great atmosphere for all students. It is also great that you want to "inspire them to learn". Often we think that children will want to learn but that is not always the case.
